Perma Ban

I'm confused how I can get Perma ban without any prier bans? I just log on and was instantly perma. Also riot told me they would email me about it and never did. I know I was toxic that game but so was everyone else in it so why would they not get perma ban?? Riot you need to fix your system a bit. Reporting is an every game thing and its not really justified ever. Everyones too sensitive in this community and take any help or criticism hurtfully and personal.

there are some instances where you'll get directly permabanned:

excess use of hate speech / homophobia slurs
use of unauthorized 3rd party programs
billing issues / account charge back (can get the account back after clearing up the issue)
Account compromised (hacked, can get the account back after proof of ownership)

There probably are a few others, but those are the most common ones.

Try to send a ticket to https://support.riotgames.com and ask them why you were permabanned.

Post the chat logs.

You must have been very toxic to get the perma in one single game.

They no longer send e-mails. Trying to log into the account is how to get the chat logs if there are any. Hopefully they fix that message soon too since it's wrong now.
