I'm confused how I can get Perma ban without any prier bans? I just log on and was instantly perma. Also riot told me they would email me about it and never did. I know I was toxic that game but so was everyone else in it so why would they not get perma ban?? Riot you need to fix your system a bit. Reporting is an every game thing and its not really justified ever. Everyones too sensitive in this community and take any help or criticism hurtfully and personal.

Try to send a ticket to https://support.riotgames.com and ask them why you were permabanned.
Post the chat logs.
You must have been very toxic to get the perma in one single game.
They no longer send e-mails. Trying to log into the account is how to get the chat logs if there are any. Hopefully they fix that message soon too since it's wrong now.
