I play 8 hours a day every day, you play 10-15 games a day. Then tell me when someone is disgusting with their mechanics and decision making that you wont lose your cool.

That is an incredibly complacent attitude and does not excuse flaming. Also, you may be a smurf, but if you aren't, at Level 11 you hardly know anything about the game. Almost all advice would be helpful.

Believe it or not it is possible to play to win while also playing for fun as well. It is also possible to do both of those things without being a jerk when things don't go your way. I get passionate about video games too and even I have raged over losses that I feel were due to complete stupidness (i.e. rng, me performing poorly, etc.). However, I don't take it out on the other players that I'm playing with in-game. If you can't interact with other real people in a neutral or positive manner then multiplayer online games aren't for you.

The logic that you must flame and be toxic because some people are not playing as you would like them to (optimally) is.... not logic. It is your OWN fault for raging. It is your OWN lack of self-control that prevents you from tolerating. These are YOUR emotions and I doubt you are so drunk or high all the time that you cannot keep them in check.
