Banned for malicious 3rd party programs or modifications.

I have just finished a ARAM game with my friends and after the game it said I was disconnected from PVP.net and I try logging back in and it said I have been banned. So I checked my e-mail and it said I have gotten banned for malicious 3rd party programs or modifications meanwhile I never have hacked in my lifetime, and I also have never been ELO boosted. Personally im not even good at this game. I have spent so much money and time into this game and it all went to waste for nothing.... Please un ban me!
