Permanent Banned for Verbal Abuse

I've been banned for 8 months now for verbal abuse. I've played league for about 3 years, but eventually I pushed my limits of "verbally" reacting to bad games. I can say after 8 months ... I've lost every toxic bone in my body & just would like another chance at League. I honestly never thought I could be permanently banned for using the chat system... Does Riot ever review these cases to lift bans to loyal customers or am I out of luck?

for now you are out of luck, maybe policies will change in the future.

>loyal customers

Riot doesn't show any favoritism based on how much money a player has spent.

Of course, you're welcome to submit a ticket and ask them directly, you have nothing to lose in that respect

No, bans for toxicity are never lifted, I'm afraid.

Currently, no. They used to have a program where permabanned players could level up a new account to 20, and if they proved they reformed their behavior they'd get their main unbanned, but the success rate was nearly zero and they all went right back to being toxic when they got their accounts.

Unless the ban was an error, there's typically no way to get it removed.

There was a Riot employee who mentioned that in the past they did give perma banned users a second chance and almost 95% of those users got banned again shortly after for being toxic so they stopped with the second chancex

Consider your banned account gone. If your really reformed and really want to play. Start a new account from scratch and try not to get reported or banned again.
