Perma Ban

I recently got permanently suspended for toxic behavior. I understand that in some of my games, I could get a little out of hand. I apologize for that, but recently I had a bad week with exams, and my grandparents death. I promise and you can take my word that it will never happen again. I believe in second chances and I hope that riot does too. I have spent copious amounts of time on this game, along with money. I feel that the permanent suspension is a little much, but I can see why. I hope to see you on the rift if my account gets unbanned. Im sorry once again.

First off, I'm sorry about your grandparents death. I recently lost my own grandfather so I know how you feel.

Typically, a perma ban is given after other several punishments were issued. In situations where a punishment is escalated to a perma-ban, the behavior is extremely poor enough to be obvious that the behavior was inappropriate when conversing with other people.

You can ask Riot through a support ticket to lower the punishment, but know that they may not consider it depending on the behavior you displayed or the history you already had.

I agree with both of you, and I have opened a support ticket, so I will wait for their response. I have tried not typing but most of the time my team antagonizes me, and I like to read the chat because it helps with team communication. I am missing the game already and was just about to hit Plat IV, which makes me really unhappy that I couldnt get there. Thanks for the feedback by the way.

As AeroWaffle said, your best bet is to open a support ticket. Be warned though: extenuating circumstances, while undoubtedly rough for you, are not typically considered justification for toxic in-game behavior, as there are always options like "don't type" or "don't play while on edge" that you could take instead.

Show us chat logs. Actually nvm, perma ban is stupid. Chat restrictions is all u need. When ppl spend thoudands of dollars on the game just to get perma banned cos some sissies cant take the heat. JUST MUTE EVERYONE INCLUDING URSELF.

Why do these threads always mention time/money? Also, you had a 2nd chance after that warning ban.
