It does not matter if other players start flaming you first, their poor behavior does not excuse your own.
Also, using homophobic slurs is something that Riot has zero-tolerance for, and will easily land you a 14 day ban, even if you have had no prior punishments.

If your teammates flame you, you mute them and report after match. By flaming back, you only give them valid reasons to report you.
Gabresol5 votesWhen creating an account you agree to the terms of use, whhat includes YOU agreeing to follow the "Summoners Code" which are absicly a guideline for your behaveoir ingame. Not following the "Summoners Code" by flaming and harassing is breaking your part of the agreement which gives riot the right to terminate the whole thing taking away your right to play their game.
I persionally do not even understand that riot is so generous to give you 3 warnings (2 chat-restrictions and the 14-day ban) before disableing your account.
If you are working in an office and you breake your part of the contract that is, not to steal equipment, your boss will also terminate your contract.

And before you tell me how I am offended by you, I am not and will never be offended by a stranger on the internet. Nobody expects a reward because they reported someone rightfully. No one talks trash in real life because they are afraid of punishments, and yet people act like they should freely be able to do so in a game focused around team oriented things? I don't even understand how that logic works- on top of which sensitivity isn't really a bad thing. I'd say being insensitive to issues with fellow players and the community is pretty scummy in general and trying to essentially victim blame people who just came on to enjoy their game.

The system came about because people were tired of being abused in this community by random people. No other online community I've ever been apart of has gone this far to abuse people, you know why? Because they have systems similar to this implemented with a complete 0 tolerance policy- if you harass other players you can get your account revoked faster than League, League gives most people multiple chances unless they do something appalling, primarily because the nature of this game makes it so you won't see other players again most of the time, however that shouldn't excuse the actions of others when it involves other people's feelings.
They can get a stress ball, they can yell out in their room, they can take a walk, etc... they can do a great many things that don't include putting verbally abusive phrases in the chat because they feel one player isn't doing as adequately as they could be. You have complete control over your fingers, the anger doesn't make you type things, if you're going to be a responsible person then you need to be responsible for YOUR actions, and if you don't then the responsibility of acting good is raised a bar up and if you can't meet that and continue acting under the bar you're discharged because you are basically saying: "Despite the community reporting me, which should be an indicator that my actions are not welcomed, I decided to do so anyways and go against the community." And Riot comes in and smites said players for feeling they are above others and their rights as fellow humans.

First, gotta expand your jungler pool if it's a role you play often. For starters, Yi is trash for serious play. He brings nothing to the team, only the solo player. If you only play Kha or Yi, that's already a problem. If enemy team has a couple tanks, some CC, and focus on protecting their carries, you won't be effective. At best you'll die for getting a kill and there's no advantage. You may have some good matches, but only playing two assassins badly limits you as a jungler, especially if the game balance weakens those two in patch cycles.
Second, because of the ban system, its kinda hard to blame a teammate for banning your second pick jungler if you were showing your first pick and enemy team bans it. The simultaneous ban thing needs fixed for ranked at least.
Third, there is some sad truth to what others have said. Riot expects you to take flames and trolling on the chin, stay calm, and only report them after a match. It's pretty trashy, but that's what Riot has set up. I would suggest taking the ban time to explore other mobas and games to have fun in.
Similarly to you, I got a chat ban rather unfairly for "harassing" someone who trolled as support and took over mid lane, ruining a ranked match. (Apparently talking among your team about what that player did to ban our teams jungler choice, pick a troll support, and steal all the mid lane cs he could is "harassment".) I had enough, and have uninstalled LoL. I came to the realization that the game simply was not fun at all anymore between shit balance, biased skin releases, garbage lore revisions, and awful player base. I'm not happier, because I haven't found the right game yet to enjoy as a pastime, but I'm not angry and frustrated like I was playing LoL. I'd suggest considering the same.

ChompyWulf1 votesLet me educate you, neanderthal. I played LoL back in Season 2 and got into it when Viktor was the newest champ. I had another account that has been banned because I had a far worse attitude and was used to Riot giving warnings and passes for low level flaming they chat restrict and suspend for now. I know what Kha CAN do, and that's why I said nothing bad about him specifically. However, as game state is now, most tanks can and will survive him while their team carries melt Kha. And it's still stupid to jungle with only two AD assassins.
