Leaver Buster

So I was playing a game with my friends as a 5 man group, and as support, we dominated bot lane. About 20 min in the game my internet dies. I fix my internet as we won the game by ff, and the launcher said I had to restart it. I restarted it and then I got the leaver buster timer thing on me. I do not want to wait 10 min just to que up for a game.
