> 1. i was just in a ranked match and even though both sides were verbally taunting each other in some way 2 of the players on the enemy team decided it was time to tell me to "kys" in game chat i have a screen shot of one of them doing so several times and told them its against the law to do so and they kept at it and laughing it off when in reality its a law that can and should be enforced these players not only need to be banned from online social networks and game but arrested and thrown in jail for a time to think about what there think is a joke could actually end someones life.

It's not "the law" but it is certainly against the rules for League. Report them and move on, the online world is harsh.

It's against the rules of Riot so they can terminate access to the individual but no you cannot actually arrest the person. Telling someone to go kill himself even when that person then proceeds to commit suicide would not be enough to support a civil or criminal case.

It actually is against the law, at least in the united states, and a lot of european countries. Just report it, it will net them an almost unavoidable restriction or ban.

It is just kids, they dont understand what they are actually saying, and are too immature to understand the consequences of their actions. Loosing their account and 400$ in sneaky credit card charges may help teach them not to be scum.

I've been told to kill myself, I've been told to die of cancer etc....I email riot to tell them of the players, and they tell me that it's not an offence. :)

You can't though right? Even on healthcost champs like Mundo and Vlad the cost becomes 0 when at 1hp.
