Bad teammates

So i recently came to solution that my teammates are just fully retarded.

It goes like this. If i am top so i get jungle that dosent gank ANY lanes and dose just farm. when i ask him to gank he dosent come. and then comes the botlane to defend him that he dose realy good. enemy jungler dose perma gank all lanes and we loose games. If i am jungle i get toplane that just int feeds enemy toplane EVEN WHEN I SAY ''i get blue gromp and red (etc) and gank you'' after i go to red he dies already 2 times same on bot and mid And i always loose because of team. Cant get any good teammate. it all started getting to gold 2 and now im sitting at gold 3 with 20+- LP. i dont like yo play botlane because i have to rely on to my support or adc but i cant because they are bad. i wrote to support asking about matchmaking that enemy teams are getting all 5 good well behaved players and my are just terrible. just immagine that i am playing SOLO and i get 4 teammates that are my enemys because when the battle starts they are deffending guy who feeds and because of witch i start feed because midlane feeds the hell out of enemy and midlane comes top or finds me in jungle and just rapes the hell ou of me. and then all 3 players start deffending mid. i need few tips how to get good teammates play and understand the game. not players that just play because meh dude its just a game.
