My seasonal rewards have been taken away for no reason

Riot told me that i am ineligible to receive my season 5 rewards because of using illegal third party program. I don't even know league has a third party program so i really don't understand why riot is doing this to me. I tried so hard to climb the ladder for a year just to get my seasonal rewards. And now riot makes me lose my season 5 rewards for something that i didn't do. I open a claim in the support session and politely ask a support specialist to re-investigate the situation of my account because i know that i did not use any types of third party program. But the specialist responds: “ i am sorry that i was unable to assist you with this request. If you have anything else you would like to discuss or bring to my attention please do not hesitate to let me know." I mean, really? how is it fair to take away the rewards that i deserve without any explanation? I am so disappointed at the service that riot is providing right now. I start this discussion just because i want to raise up the attention of riot see if anyone can help me with this situation.

Riot has all sorts of nonsense. I failed to get rewards in Season 4 due to VPN. Not like it matters, 1 skin, 1 border, meh. The priceless act of destroy low elo kids because of it was worth every second of climbing.

I hope Riot can give me a valid explanation why they think i use a third party program. When Riot told me that my seasonal Reward got taken away because i use third party program. I am like what? Are you Kidding me? You just make up a random reason to not give me the reward I deserve? That's ridiculous.
