riot what should i do?

random player said "am not going to leash for you because (summoner name)". the summoner he mentioned was not in my game nor was in my recently played(i think).are these people making group making a list to troll? riot please tell me how should i act in game. should i just mute them from start of the game? should i wait to hear the toxicity until am heartbroken? i've reported many toxic player but doesn't seem to work when there so many. when i don't mute them i feel like they enrage me or just truly heartbroken how league became. riot please i love playing competitive but i feel like its getting worse each year passing. (yes my English is bad)(yes i have my moments when i get mad and flame)
