he was lvl 3 with 5 cs, then lvl 6 when I was 4, then lvl 10 when I was 7, finally screenshotwhen trundle was lvl 14 when I was 11, even mid was only 12 and yasuo 10 I believe
You don't have to kill the creep to get experience from it, you just need to be near it when it dies.
Can you post a link to the actual match history supplied by Riot? That might show if he was taking jungle camps between minion waves or other useful information.
Were you getting zoned out of experience range during the laning phase or dying?
Was he involved in a significant amount of kills (since killing an enemy champion provides experience).
Was he grouping (thus splitting experience) or was he split-pushing (getting solo experience)? Same question regarding yourself: were you splitting or grouping?
He probably had EXP gain runes or something. They give you (if my memory serves) 2% more exp per.
