Oceania: Home of this kind of behavior

Hi,

I am a regular Lol player on the Oceania server. I experience toxic players every 2-3 games and cannot stand it, but I love the game so much so i keep playing anyway. Toxic players are something I sadly have gotten used to, but I have never seen anything this bad before.

This game there was a player who entered champ select, and said he was going to troll the second he came into chat. No previous experience with the players on our team. He was 4th pick and decided that with jungle and adc open, he would pick teemo and run cleanse and ghost. He then proceeded to in the first minutes of the game, offer up his life in all chat and suicide multiple times.

Riot please! We need a better reform system to deal with players like this. This is not a game that is sustainable if the community has to put up with this sort of experience.

P.S. I have a screenshot of the entire champ select chat and the champ he picked. I have sent in a report and I am assuming there are multiple reports out for this player. If a riot member would like the evidence please reply and provide some way to send in the screenshot.
