High level players in the Beginners games

Why is it every single game, a higher level players end up in the Beginners games?!

I can tell they are higher level just by looking at their number of Champion kills--while on average at my level (and the rest of the crew) it is somewhere about 6-10, for them it's easily 40+.

The game goes for 15 mins instead of half an hour, I don't get to fight in the enemy base because while I end up by the end of the game level 12-14, they go as high as 17-18. I cannot compete with them on during the fight at the enemy's base. They have all these pentakills while I either get gang-killed or to hang outside of the base.

So, can we have only beginners, like below level 20, at the beginners games?!

Bans are harder to grind out?

Ur talking vs ai right? I apologize if I've done this to you before. I usually only play vs ai when I'm waiting for a friend to finish their game. I want it to be fast so I'm done around the time they're done, or shortly after. Sorry that's just what I do. I usually apologize for it because I do realize you don't get to stomp beginner bots as hard when I'm taking all the kills but there's always intermediate bots if you're looking for an actual challenge for yourself. Or if you want a challenge you could try pvp. I don't run around waiting for where the bots are gonna be next at least. I just push push push and get kills as they come to me.

No way! I like playing beginner bots. I'm not a beginner (I'm level 30), but my reflexes and situational awareness are awful. In my past 20 beginner games, I've ranged from 2 to 12 kills.

The higher skill players typically join in just to get their first win of the day. It can be disappointing when they dominate the game, this is true. But any method I can think of to shoo them out would be bad for me.

Does it really detract from learning the game? I would think that beginners can still learn enough to move on.

(I still upvoted the OP, because it's a situation worth considering.)

I queue up to play intermediate bots and I get matched with low-level players. I assume the mmr system is to blame.

I'm sure it has to do with the number of players. Most people want to play PVP right away, leaving the number of players who play CO OP vs AI a much smaller number. Since at least 90% of the time, the actual players are going to beat the bots, they aren't as concerned about matching low level players with other low level players.

I only play vs AI when I pick up a new champ to do a quick learn of him/her or when I play with my newbie friend who is still learning concepts such as last hitting and when to play aggressive vs passive. It's a struggle trying to not take over the game when I know how the bots will act and react to situations. -.-
