So i suddenly recieved a email from riot that my main account had be suspended till the 17th. Thing is i havent played on that account in months cause i was getting this one to 30. But riot hasnt told me what it is i supposedly did. Anyone else have this happen, or should i assume my other account is comprimised and i didnt notice?

The best bet if you think your account has been compromised is to contact Riot at this link, so they can investigate for you and recover your account if you have lost access to it. If you can still access your account, change the password right away. Also at that same link, check to make sure you still have the same email address registered to your account.

I would contact support, and try to figure out exactly what is going on. A few things popped into my head when I read that it's been a few months since you were last on. It could be, elo boosted/boosting, using a third party program to give you an advantage (script), or your account was compromised as said above.
Smurfing is not a bannable offence so don't worry about that, but until you contact support I'm not sure anyone here can give you a definite answer. My best guess would be one of the three things I listed since they do take a fair amount of time to investigate.
