Following things does not get you banned: nugger, whore, kill yourself behaving badly with a premade, going afk, Troll, being toxic, spam pinging.
Things that get you banned: Talk with your team, Defending urself when being targeted by premades/troll.

"Defending yourself" is not punishable. Retaliating is. Defending yourself would be muting them, then reporting them.
Most everything you listed can get you banned, some faster than other methods. Spam pinging is a lone exception that is negative but I've never seen anyone complaining of a ban from spam pinging.
lol you're full of shit. The system isn't wrong just because it punished you. Take a look at your own behavior and actually think about it, something in it was probably considered punishable. And it probably wasn't just for "talking to your team" or "defending yourself." Your definitions of talking to the team or self-defense are probably not accurate in the first place.

False, as these can get you banned if you're reported for it (seriously, just a simple check through these forums will prove they do get punished), though admittedly I've never seen a case where someone was punished for just spam pinging.

You can talk with your team so long as you're being mature and respectful. Retaliating against poor behaving players (aka "they started it") is not an acceptable excuse and can get you banned.

Trolls and inters do get banned but because they're getting smarter about how they avoid detection (and because Riot wants to try to avoid punishing innocent players as much as possible) it's harder to catch them in the act compared to simple chat-related offenses. Gameplay related offenses when proven to be on purpose are assigned a 2-week ban as the first punishment. In case you don’t believe me on this point here are a couple examples of gameplay trolls being banned. Yes it’s just a few examples, but it proves that they do get punished.
