Waiting for the support ticket response for 4-5 days

Hello, anyone knows why I gotta wait soooo long? It says it would be max 1-2 days... Any moderator can help? I got basically banned by a bot for quoting something, and ended up getting a 2 week ban... I'm new so I didn't know that bots are catching stuff like this. TICKET #37558074 Any help?

Keep in mind too Gekyume, that they are getting spammed with tickets right now on their bans and chat restrictions because it's the end of season and people want their rewards. I would give them some time
