Put in game with someone I had just blocked

I just played a game with someone who severely harassed the team, so I muted him. In the very next game, I was put on his team again, and the mute was undone. Why isn't there something in place to block that from happening? He realized in the next game and started being extremely toxic again.

When I see I am matched again with someone like that I just insta dodge, I would rather wait 5 min that play 30 min game with a guy that tilts my team.

I agree it should have kept the mute, but they can't stop matching you with people you block. That would be abused to hell in high ELO and make match making slower and worse.

Then report that person again at the end of the game.
