Can every person who got perma banned for trash talking, bad behavior etc. get one more chance?

I think that every person that got perma ban for trash talking should get another chance I must've spent like 100$ + on skins and even bought some before I got banned and wasn't able to even use them like what the hell man but like I said League of legends we just need one more chance and I wouldn't even talk trash no more and maybe i'd spend more money on the damn game everyone who has gotten banned must've played for like 2 years+ to get where they were at just to be banned for trash talking and that's ridiculous as hell that's usually why I trash talk on all my new accounts cause why does it even matter anymore 2 years just went to the trash like do something good for us League and instead of taking our money give us a damn chance I doubt League of legends doesn't even care they just want that money like damn hook us up for once

You're going to be told that "you already had 3 chances before your perma".

I really dislike people like you who don't try to tackle the problem, though, and instead exacerbate it by acting up on new accounts. People who continue to show they haven't learned a thing are the reason why there's no going back after a perma, and it leaves people who want to show they've truly reformed (like me) out in the cold.

By the way, I'd spent a little over $1300 on this game. Not once have I complained about that or tried to use that to justify myself.

What would another chance do? You would have already received 3 warnings in the form of chat restrictions and suspensions before getting permanently suspended. If you don't fix your behavior before this point you don't deserve another chance. Spending money on the game doesn't make you special to Riot either. They would much rather remove a negative member from the community before letting them run free just because they've spent some money on the game.

Guess what, you don't deserve another chance. Calling others "haters" for disagreeing/telling you the truth is a great way to make yourself feel good and stay deluded.

Its a lot like college. You sign up and then you pay for your classes, just like you sign up for League and pay for some nice skins.

But then you smack around your classmates, and the schools like "hmm, well that wasn't very nice" So they give you a slap on the hand and hope you do better.

But then you keep smacking around your classmates. And the schools like "ooookay can you not?" So they give you a punishment that carries more weight, and hope you do better.

But then you keep smacking around your classmates. Hell, you even smack around the professor just for the sport. So now the school is like "kbye" and bam, you're expelled.

Does the school have to reimburse you for the classes you took, or even the classes you didn't finish? Nope. You knew the risks, you knew the consequences, yet you still followed through with your actions. Should they give you a second chance? Nah-uh. You've proven to consistently be a liability and a risk.

It's the same theory with league. They gave you opportunities to improve and to change course, but you kept right on trucking down the path to permaban purgatory.
