Can every person who got perma banned for trash talking, bad behavior etc. get one more chance?

I think that every person that got perma ban for trash talking should get another chance I must've spent like 100$ + on skins and even bought some before I got banned and wasn't able to even use them like what the hell man but like I said League of legends we just need one more chance and I wouldn't even talk trash no more and maybe i'd spend more money on the damn game everyone who has gotten banned must've played for like 2 years+ to get where they were at just to be banned for trash talking and that's ridiculous as hell that's usually why I trash talk on all my new accounts cause why does it even matter anymore 2 years just went to the trash like do something good for us League and instead of taking our money give us a damn chance I doubt League of legends doesn't even care they just want that money like damn hook us up for once

You're going to be told that "you already had 3 chances before your perma".

I really dislike people like you who don't try to tackle the problem, though, and instead exacerbate it by acting up on new accounts. People who continue to show they haven't learned a thing are the reason why there's no going back after a perma, and it leaves people who want to show they've truly reformed (like me) out in the cold.

By the way, I'd spent a little over $1300 on this game. Not once have I complained about that or tried to use that to justify myself.

I didn't get 3 warnings. No chat restrictions, nothing. Just a 14 day ban for being toxic in one game and a permaban 6 months later for being toxic in another singular game. 60-70 days of in game play time, 100+ dollars spent, for being toxic in 2 out of 2000 games.

Fun system.

Either you were insanely toxic or a mistake was made and you didn't make a support ticket. If you feel you were not toxic enough to jump directly to a 14 day ban make the support ticket now.

The 14 day ban was definitely deserved, I'll admit that. But the permaban was for calling an amumu retarded after he flashed in and ulted and died for it and lost. Threw in a ggez for good measure. I don't think the permaban was justified. No homophobia/racism etc... But they won't unban me.

Considering your last punishment was a 14 day ban, and we don't have legitimate time stamps of when the ban happened or whether you got another ban after your 14 day one, I'm just going to say your account was already on edge after your ban. Smallest bit of toxicity will get you perma'd after the 14 day one. That's the benefit and a disadvantage of a scaling system.

Considering you called your team retards and pussies, I'd slap you with a chat restriction... BUT you were already punished a lot before. I'd ban you if you had a bad track record. On their own, not permaban worthy- maybe chat restrict, but not perma. However, with a previous history of punishments? Suddenly, they have a lot more ban worth. Also, doesn't matter whether you had hate speech. Being negative is all you need in my opinion. I don't like people who call me an asshole in my game. Plain and simple.

I'd agree if I wasn't playing with 4 of my best friends. I wasn't calling random players retarded or pussies. I was calling my best friends in the world pussies. And they were calling me it back, it was a form of banter between a group of friends.

I don't call random players names, I only did so because they were my friends and that's what we do.

Well, if jumping to a 14 day ban was deserved you're out of luck. Getting a minor punishment increases your punishment level by 1, so yelling at that Amumu increased you to a permaban.

Sadly I don't think there's anything you can do. Good luck on your next account.

I would very much like to get my account back. I'm only human, you know.

It's just that I think you're going about it the wrong way. Being angry about it won't solve anything. People who don't learn to temper their anger and tackle their problems at the source will just find themselves banned again anyway, which is part of the reason Riot doesn't provide this chance anymore.

I've been on this forum for several weeks now, providing very insightful comments and earning a lot of public appeal. I've demonstrated a LARGE amount of reform, rather than just saying I can do better.

If I haven't been given another chance despite my efforts thus far, tell me why you should get one.

What would another chance do? You would have already received 3 warnings in the form of chat restrictions and suspensions before getting permanently suspended. If you don't fix your behavior before this point you don't deserve another chance. Spending money on the game doesn't make you special to Riot either. They would much rather remove a negative member from the community before letting them run free just because they've spent some money on the game.

Every player who wants their account back says that they will try to be a better person, but the fact of the matter is that these people had plenty of warning and chose to ignore it. If you want to disregard the terms of service, go ahead, but don't come crying to us here begging for your account back when we all know that it's never going to happen.

Riot set the rules on how many chances you deserve. You were given chances, you ignored them, why should you be special and be given EVEN MORE chances?
Let me remind you again, players who reported you don't want to play with you, it's not about how much money you spend on your account or how much you work on it, those things hold absolutely no bearing on whether you are toxic/ability to reform etc. I would bet if you asked the players who reported you, "We (Riot) gave player SpookEazy yet another chance, would you continue to play this game knowing we let players like that off the hook?", I assure you those players would be outraged. Just look around this forum for players complaining about toxic players not being banned.

In summary: you can still play the game, but just not with the permabanned account. Learn the lesson (so far you are not, just acting self-centred/entitled) or be banned again. Otherwise this game is not for you.

Its a lot like college. You sign up and then you pay for your classes, just like you sign up for League and pay for some nice skins.

But then you smack around your classmates, and the schools like "hmm, well that wasn't very nice" So they give you a slap on the hand and hope you do better.

But then you keep smacking around your classmates. And the schools like "ooookay can you not?" So they give you a punishment that carries more weight, and hope you do better.

But then you keep smacking around your classmates. Hell, you even smack around the professor just for the sport. So now the school is like "kbye" and bam, you're expelled.

Does the school have to reimburse you for the classes you took, or even the classes you didn't finish? Nope. You knew the risks, you knew the consequences, yet you still followed through with your actions. Should they give you a second chance? Nah-uh. You've proven to consistently be a liability and a risk.

It's the same theory with league. They gave you opportunities to improve and to change course, but you kept right on trucking down the path to permaban purgatory.

Nope the school wouldn't. But the nice thing is that paypal sure will and if riot doesn't wanna allow you to use something you purchased then it's time for so reimbursement. And paypal is more than happy to get you that money back because you are just that a customer and they actually care =) and would like to keep your business. But yeah the fellow who made this post you seem a bit toxic but you can get your money back! Just not your account.
