Permanently banned?

I just logged after a while. I have been logging off and on the game for a while but i played like 1 ranked this season so far. I am far too busy. I sent a support ticket for my gemstones and skins where lost somehow from my loot tab and I went to sleep. Now after 3 hrs i sent the email i received a new one says I am suspended until feb 22. I apparently did sth violating the terms in my sleep.

Maybe I got hacked again? When I try to log in it says I am permanently banned.... What is goin on?

Yeah np and you most likely got hacked if you're not toxic/cheat/use scripts but still send in a support ticked and post in help&support

Check your email, even the spam and trash folders. The email can take up to 24 hours to arrive. Opening a support ticket can get you the information more quickly. Remember that being polite and specific really helps the person who's trying to help you.
