Hello Everyone,
I am trying to view my recent support tickets and I am unable to view any of them. Once I make it to the support page, I am logged off my account. Has anyone had this issue before?

Use an incognito window/private browsing window. Riot's single sign on implementation is pretty terrible and is notoriously bad on the support site :-)
This has nothing to do with your IP, it has more to do with your cache and cookies.
Easiest step is to log into the support page using incognito mode.
If that fails, log out from these forums, clear your cache and cookies and then log into the support website.
