Hello, I am kind of new on this game, vll 13, but since champions are not that cheap, I would like to buy some of them that will be useful on ranked games, but I don't want to spend 6300 IP on champiosn that will be banned on everyu single game, so, can you tell me which champions are the most banned on that divisions?

I use nerf plz.com to determine what champs are best, and which are banned. You can also look up statistics on champion.gg and other similar sites to see who is most frequently banned.
In the future, if you have questions regarding gameplay, hit up the gameplay forum, as you'd get better responses.
You could look on some league sites to find the higherst pick/ban champions. Pick/Ban, meaning most valuable to a team and most dangerous to allow the enemy to pick instead. Some of these champions include Darius, Yasuo, and Rakan, who can affect the game in their team's favor no matter what
