Banned for using 3rd party applications

So I recently got permabanned for "use of 3rd party applications".

The only things I used was:

Replay HUD from overwolf
Made one change to the Config file so my mastery key was binded to my R.
Used skinspotlights to view a replay and change camera zoom.

Could any of these things caused this? I've made a support request to check to see if my account has been compromised because these are the only things that I use so I don't know why I was banned as I believe that these are allowed!

Just wanted to see what the general consensus was, and if these cases usually get looked into?

What did this do? If you got a bigger Field of View or this was possible, that was a cheat

Well, don't be surprised. I just reported a guy, who the entire game, made fun of Orlando shootings, and cracked jokes about them all game. He also threatened to rape me, and was toxic to EVERYONE. Yet, he's playing right now, and you aren't. Fair huh?

You should email them about this situation. Posting it here almost never helps because rioters don't read boards.
