Banned for using 3rd party applications

So I recently got permabanned for "use of 3rd party applications".

The only things I used was:

Replay HUD from overwolf
Made one change to the Config file so my mastery key was binded to my R.
Used skinspotlights to view a replay and change camera zoom.

Could any of these things caused this? I've made a support request to check to see if my account has been compromised because these are the only things that I use so I don't know why I was banned as I believe that these are allowed!

Just wanted to see what the general consensus was, and if these cases usually get looked into?

What did this do? If you got a bigger Field of View or this was possible, that was a cheat

Well, don't be surprised. I just reported a guy, who the entire game, made fun of Orlando shootings, and cracked jokes about them all game. He also threatened to rape me, and was toxic to EVERYONE. Yet, he's playing right now, and you aren't. Fair huh?

Guess so...

I'd just like to know why i was banned really. if they say "config edits are not allowed, its stated here bla bla" then i'll say ok fair enough and leave it. It's just that I have no idea why i was banned and can't get a proper response!

Doesn't matter. Is not about being fair is about what caused you to get banned, which won't be reverted.

Why won't it be reverted? Because they condone jokes about mass shootings, and threats of rape and toxicity. However, they will NOT STAND FOR RECORDING YOUR GAMES!!! Shame on you for not trolling and feeding and being rude and disgusting to ppl! If you want to be a part of this community, you have to act like a 9 year old! :D

I have emailed them but received automated message about applications/scripts. currently being transferred to a team that handles accounts that may have been compromised as that is all i can really do to try get my account back.

I just tried myself, to leave them a support ticket about the GA not working right. Their support system is down. You have to choose a language, and it won't let you. Goes to show just how much they really care, about what we have to say. If someone wanted to put in a ticket about the newest skin not working, they'd jump right on the issue. Makes me sick.

They also DO NOTHING to the trolls, feeder, afks, and toxic ppl that deserve punishment. They focus on ppl minding their business and trying to get better. They have NO idea how to admin a game like this, and NO idea how to fix it. So they keep putting out skins, instead of helping fix their own problem. They'll just ban someone else, who isn't even worth banning? Why? Because riot clearly has a history of not giving two craps about you, only your money. If you, or mommy and daddy, can't buy the newest skin, then they aren't paying you any mind. Unless of course you're just trying to record a game. Then look for the ban! Haha.
