Racism in the TR Server is a major issue.

I am extremely disappointed to be a Kurdish player playing in the TR server without constant racial harassment on my ethnicity. I always report the users who are extremely racist towards me whilst playing on the Turkish server but nothing is happening to those that I report. In the rules it clearly states that League of Legends does not tolerate racism so why is nothing being done to tackle racist players on the Turkish server?

I have no issue against any of them but they constantly harass me due to my username being "Kurd15h" on the Turkish Server, and for those who will think I am provoking it due to my username, I am not. It is simply a nice username to have. Please do something about this riot.

Politics are annoying in game thread. And don’t assume what “the rest of the world” thinks. People are people, they only care about themselves, their own and what affects those, the rest of the world can go to hell.

Well excuse me for caring about the Armenians... You don't know how they affect me or where I am from. I like the Kurds well enough. I want them to get their independence. I also want the Assyrians to have a homeland to return to and to not be afraid of being treated like they used to be or Armenians in case they return. If Kurds want people like me to support them fully, then they need to fix things with the Armenians and welcome back the Assyrians to the new Kurdistan. If they won't treat the Armenians and Assyrians well, then why should I sympathize with how the Turks mistreat them?

They should use the discrimination they receive from the Turks and Arabs as a learning tool to recognize just a little bit what it felt/feels like to be Armenian or Assysrian. The Kurds have a very bad history of discriminating and abusing other groups in the lands they control. They are getting a little taste of their own medicine and it should teach them that they need stop treating people badly if they don't enjoy the current mistreatment they're receiving. You have to realize that Kurds were helping murder Assyrians and taking their homes within the last generation. Many Assyrians that are still alive had all of their lands and belongings taken by Kurds. Until Kurds apologize and fix what they've done, maybe they deserve a little bit of discrimination to know how it feels. The more the Kurds are abused by Turks and Arabs, the better they can understand. That's why Kurds have finally started waking up and realizing that they should be on the same side as Assyrians.

I don't have any problems with Kurdish people. What is happening to you is pretty sad yes. and it shouldn't be acceptable.

Is your name provocative ama say no. but to fix this problem instantly only option would be to change the name.

this reminds me of EUNE situation back in the day. some of the Poland players had/have PL in their name and if the game went bad toxicity would start. blaming them for losing the game.

Racism is just another form of bullying.

In what way are people racist to you? Since when is Kurdish a "race"? Kurds are part of the caucasian race.

Both are made up social conventions that literally mean whatever you want it to mean. In reality...

Whether or not I think race is a tangible thing, Turks are not "racist" to Kurds. They might discriminate against Kurds, but it's not on the basis of their belief that the Turks (mostly white/Caucasian) are racially superior to Kurds (also mostly white/Caucasian). If I hate someone because they are Catholic, I would not be 'racist' against Catholics; I might be prejudiced but I wouldn't necessarily be racist in that case. A lot of people want to call everything racism, but racism is really a very specific issue and it doesn't apply here.

I feel you OP. I've gotten my fair share of racist shit for being named "Brotha". During the time I mained Ekko it was especially painful. Gotta realize these players are incredibly immature and more than likely wouldn't behave like this in reality. League is literally full of punks.

Man I feel really sorry for you. Last year I studied a bit of the history of the Kurdish people in the middle east. You guys have it really rough compared to most other groups of people in the world. Unfortunately, until the attitudes of the middle east become less anti-Kurdish, this kind of stuff will never stop regardless of how many people get banned.
