If you need to report someone beyond that (such as harassment in private messages, or you forgot to report), please submit it in a Support Ticket. Keep in mind that Riot will not be able to divulge information on any action they do or do not take against this person.

It is just really frustrating how this kind of joke can happen. I mean if u don't even move or try to dodge skills shot while hitting minions or wards u r clearly asking urself to get bind by Morg. N even more just straight up telling everybody they r member of community support where she can ban someone from not even using scripts. Such a joke.

You're right, it is a joke. Ignore and report them, they can't do anything except piss you off if you let them.
