my account has peramnently suspended
i have recently changed my password successfully but when i tried to sign in to the game it pops a title tells me player has permanently suspended

Hi, were you given a reason for your suspension? Typically if a suspension is leveled on an account they are given a popup explaining the reason for it, such as player behavior, account compromised, and so forth. Were you able to see a message such as that? It would have included a "year code" such as "Banned until 3072" as an example, can you provide that?
You should receive a popup telling you why or an email stating why.
Im just gonna assume you done goofed in a pretty terrible manner. Stay banned. [zombie-brand-facepalm]
Perma suspended =/= Perma banned
They do permanent suspensions when they detect a threat to an account... or when they suspect an account of being sold/bought.
That being said, was this your account from the start? If so just message support and follow their instructions.
Did you buy this account? If so, enjoy losing whatever money you lost.
