Champion Bans

Hello Riot Team I have a question and at the same time a suggestion, tonight while trying to play Yasuo 3 times in a row someone in my team bans the champion, without looking or taking under consideration that I have the champion selected, something that has caused issues to me. I do understand if it happens once...but 3 times it is just too much. I am sure I am not the only one that has gone throw this, so is it possible to make it so your own team can not ban a champion selected by a team member? will that be difficult to do? because that has made me queue dodge 2 times tonight, it is not fair to play another champ because someone just didn't 't look or didn't noticed, thank you for your time.
