Post game reporting

Hey Riot, Just a thought... How about adding a feature to allow players to report other players from their recently played list. Occasionally my post game scores are delayed by more than a few mins and so I am required to skip the screen. I bring this up because I recently came up against a pantheon with the name Lets Masturbate and I was going to report it for inappropriate name but alas I was lagged out of my post game screen. Please Riot will you do something about this guys name?
