Got perma banned bc me and my friends were saying stuff in chat (not all chat) in a 5 man que and my friend said imma report you Kappa he did as a joke riot took the report seriously when 1 we were all saying things and 2 i got reported by someone in my que on my friends list how do you even take that seriously.... some admin repsond i wanna talk to you.

Yea sorry to hear that happened, but it takes a decent amount to get perma banned - it's possible this turned out to be the final straw but in the situation it was you probably woulda been permad sooner than later anyway.
You have been a bad influence to your teamates and created a negative environment. Ban justified.
Post the reform card if you don't think it was justified. I'll quote every line that got you banned.[slayer-jinx-wink]
I've seen a Rioter comment on this type of situations before I don't have the quote but I can explain why that person got punished for just what you describe.
If you are playing a game with all people on your team being your "friend" and say nothing against the rules in all-chat And no one reports you from your team your going to be fine. Problem is that sometimes even friends take things to far and the other person truly gets offended/hurt or whatever and reports you, this is still a punishable offence.
Keep in mind though that this one game didn't net you the punishment You have been reported before, best I can tell you is keep your comments to voice programs and Don't type the crap out or pick other friends. Best course of action is if you want to screw around and insult your friends use Skype.
Tantram has been on a roll lately with dropping into a few threads in this section fairly often. Not all of them, but I sorta hope he does hit this one. The argument is basically going to come down to "It takes many games to reach a permaban, so you must have been doing this outside premades as well" vs. "I only do this in full premades and keep it to team chat.
Pretty sure the only confirmation of that could possibly come directly from Riot.
