New honor system issues

After a game I just finished (and actually did good for once) I wasn't given the option to give an honor. So even tho I got one it really didn't count since everyone didn't honor. I reported it as a bug. I am wondering tho where can we see all the honors we got? Like how it used to be and where can we see our old ones? They said the will be giving us some sort of credit. I suck at this game so these actually matter to me lol
