the boards doesn't allow naming and shaming, so please either remove your images, or black out his name in your screen shots.

Also, if you have reported him for verbal abuse after the game, then it is more than enough for the system to check his behaivor out. If he does this consistently enough, then he'll get punished.

Though keep in mind you won't see a punishment notification unless the game you reported him in was the last straw that got him punished, and not when it is building a case towards him.
