@RIot "COMPETITIVE INTEGRITY" Ok, This is Platinum and they're probably not gonna get banned

Context: -Plat 4 Elo Game -Playing Janna -We're on blue side (bottom right) -Our team consists of Heimer Top, WW Jungle, Ahri Mid, ADC Cait, and Janna Supp (Me) -Enemy team consists of Irelia Top, Lee Sin Jungle, Syndra Mid, ADC Trist and Nami Supp -Champ Select goes by smoothly -Loading in -Warwick jungle does his job and is getting dragon(s) -My adc Caitlyn is doing fine and is somewhat weak due to not understanding the bot lane match up. -Warwick doesn't gank any lanes and gets a double kill when enemy team tries to cheese his blue buff (5 Mins in Game) -Cait and I push lane to tower and are constantly poking trist and nami, they have no summs and tristana just used her escape -Warwick has perfect opportunity to get a double kill if he just went from tri bush behind tower, BUT either gets too scared or just doesn't want to. -Although,we push them even further to around middle ground between tier 1 and tier 2 tower, he still is too scared (he has ult during this) -Teammate ahri finally sees opportunity and runs over all the way to behind tier 2 tower with warwick -This causes enemy syndra to come bot and almost kill Cait and I, but we back off and go back to lane safely. -During that^, ahri and warwick chase all the way to inhib tower and get themselves killed with ahri barely killing Tristana (9 Mins in Game) 2 MINS LATER -Warwick comes to gank bot when cait was backing off. -Enemy bot lane already used all their summs again and when he was ganking they used all their cc and escapes -AFTER they used everything and the enemy jungler was in mid, he decides to NOT ult, he had the mana, he had the shield from me, he had the perfect opportunity to kill them both safely -Yes, they were still in range -Instead he backs off and starts spam pinging the cait whos csing at tower -Shortly after he loses that huge opportunity he goes to solo dragon and Cait and I go back to laning -Sadly, there was a ward right on top of the drag and nami and tristana see him so they go over and kill him. (Nami got the kill) -I went over to try to go help him and steal the drag, but he died too quickly and cait was still csing. -They start to try to kill me after getting the dragon, but cait catches up after they get the drag and she kills trist while nami ends up killing me -Warwick spam pings cait again and then types in chat and I quote "cy@" and disconnects from the game (12 Mins in game) -Entire team starts blaming my cait when she didnt even do anything wrong. -Ahri is semi inting the syndra and Heimerdinger top was slowly losing his lead and giving a lead to irelia -So, both ahri and Heimer decide to just give up and "open mid" -I tell them its still a perfectly winnable game, but they just said that it wasn't and just stopped trying -Ahri sits in a bush in the enemy jungler for minutes on end just to let them run down mid and bot while heimer just walks around the map. -From then on it becomes a run down and we just lose

My question is, I have reported so many people that have done these types of actions but the amount of "hey, we banned these people" messages are no where close. I've gotten about three of those messages I believe over almost 338 games and at least a quarter of those games having those type of people.

I really want to get these people banned since they really have no right to be playing in a competitive game mode. Im trying to win and get LP, not simply play a game that was bound to lose because of these player's mentalities. To be real, these picks we had besides the Heimer top were solid picks.

Riot needs to ban players like above and especially ban the players that point their fingers at someone else. The whole map was basically the enemy team's since my team mates wanted to afk so it basically became a 2v5.

Yet Riot still allows these same exact players to just ruin another game in the next games they que up for. Smh
