is there any chance of getting my money back or unban? something i put alot of money into account i understand i was banned for my toxic games but its not right for me to put in money on something and not get for what i paid for. and sorry to riot for being toxic

Holy shit how many of these threads will there be? You do not own your account. Riot does. The money you spend is your decision. You knew the ramifications of being toxic, and did so anyways. No, you won't get your money back. No, no one will feel bad for you.
its your own fault for being toxic after you spent money. you could have everything in the game and spent the most money out of anyone and it wouldn't change a thing
From the Terms of Use:
"2.1.2. Us.We may terminate or suspend your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that:
(a) you have violated any part of this Agreement; (c) doing so would be in the best interests of our community, the Riot Services, or the rights of a third party."
and
"If your account is terminated, you’ll no longer have access to it, including any of the associated data or content (e.g., champions, skins, Riot Points, etc.). You’ll not be entitled to any refunds and we’ll have no liability to you... You understand and agree that using the Riot Services comes with the risk that your account may be terminated or suspended and that, whenever you use the Riot Services, you’ll bear this risk in mind and always conduct yourself appropriately."

"YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU SHALL HAVE NO OWNERSHIP OR OTHER PROPERTY INTEREST IN YOUR ACCOUNT..."

Sounds like someone should learn a valuable lesson on reading the terms for any purchase agreement they make. Let this be an expensive lesson to you to not enter into agreements or purchase services whose rules with which you are unable or unwilling to abide.
Charge back the money. Worked for me when i got unfairly banned. If i deserved it sure. but I didnt, so i wasnt about to let them keep my money
As far as I know, no, there's no way to get your money back.
Sorry, Riot has stated many times on these boards, and it's also in the ToS, they they can ban you without recompensation, as you technjcally don't own the account, legally you are essentially leasing it from Riot for free, and they can revoke that lease. Once you agree to the ToS you surrender your ownership or claim to money you give to Riot in return for RP. Sorry D
