Hello, summoners! First of all , sorry for my English and sorry for everyone that feels offended in any way!

  • I've created this thread to point out that the INSTANT FEEDBACK SYSTEM might not work as intended so be careful about how much you type! I got reported by 3 guys that were premade and the system banned me. Yes , I had previous restrictions and reform cards, but I personally don't think the words below have to be a solid reason for permaban. I think its discussable.

  • I'm mostly annoyed by the fact that Riot Games© somehow made me the person I am right now.No , I don't blame RIOT for me getting permabanned. Let me tell you this tho: In season 3 and 4 I had many many problems with my client and with my game and I did not send any tickets regarding this. I've lost my Diamond promotion due to many bugsplats on LeeSin + Ward smartcast( I hope you remember it too ). I didn't send any concern ticket. I've just played , and played , and played.After the bugsplats , I randomly kept disconnecting ( not my provider problem[ I have a friend that has the same provider and he was telling me that he was still in the game but I couldn't log] ).Kept on believing you. But as time passes , I realise that the system you're trying to imply is not how it should be and be careful! YOU BAN GOOD PEOPLE OUT OF LEAGUE and you LET THE REAL DOUCHEBAGS keep on playing! THEY KNOW HOW TO DITCH THE SYSTEM AND MAKE OTHERS FLAME AND RAGE WHEN THEY DO ALL THE BAD STUFF! Shame! It is a very good game...

PS: I had this account since beta and I had quite games / rankings / skins (370-400).Yes. I don't point out that I should be immune or something. I realise that I just got banned and I can't do anything. It was a part of me. Im not here to cry. Hehe, actually I am, you know why? BECAUSE ITS TERRIBLY SAD TO LOSE A 7 YEARS OLD ACCOUNT! I know its useless to cry but I'll do it. You would've done the same if you were in my place!

The whole hope right now is for a change in the policy. Lets all hope that the strict rules will diminish in the future and we can all have ONE more godly chance.

-The rant under is basically me playing really good and my team was just lurking around the map basically doing nothing and enemies laughing and calling me names ( but you can't see in the logs because its only my chat ) and I get triggered and then I keep on fighting with them. Why I do that? Because I have a competitive spirit. I feel like typing and discussing with people! I can play and type too! No problem! -I've felt so horrible while I was playing good and they were tilting me by chat on purpose (Them being 3 and working together into chat-tilting me!)- I felt like being under arrest / 3 cops sitting ontop of me while the real thief was running away , and I couldn't do anything, I was feeling constrained! They were talking on CHAT WITH THE ENEMY AND THEY WERE TELLING THEM LIES SUCH as me making them Idiots / Retards etc. They were lying! Enemy agreed with them to report me! What for?

Yes. Well. The Logs. I think I got banned for Spamming. Permabanned for Spamming??! Huehue.

And now that you've came to the end of my post. Thank you for reading it! Btw, I love you guys. Even if I've lost my account and I will probably quit the game ( most likely ) I still love you. It was fun knowing every kind/type of player around and I can tell you something. There are alot of good players out there so STOP. Do not flame! Do not type gibber! Be good(Not everyone is good at the game, just like you. Be happy you are better but keep it for yourself. Don't ruin your mood like I did!! Try and teach people stuff ( Not in the middle of the game tho ). Type only 1-5 informative sentences per game! You will see miracles :)

PS: Just mute everyone when you start a game. The only way you can have a good game! Sad , isn't it?

Premade reports don't stack, precisely for the reason you think it was being abused.

Punishments work in 4 tiers, moving up each time you're punished. The frequency and severity of your behavior determines what you get punished with, so if you hadn't been punished before you might get something much less than a permaban.

Would I report these games? Probably not because I mute people that talk this much, it's annoying, but players shouldn't be forced to mute you so they can focus on the game so it's understandable why this behavior would be reported and be punished if it's consistent in your matches.

If you want to contest the punishment you must submit a Support Ticket.

I'll agree with you that what you said wasn't all that bad. By itself, I'd say worthy of a chat restriction. Because league is a competitive game, and tempers flare, and people do snark at each other. But the problem is that you've already had the chat restrictions and reform cards. So you've already been through the early tiers of punishment, and that didn't cause you to stop and think before typing. Unless there's some extremely nasty stuff in there, it's usually 4 levels of punishment. Two chat restrictions and a 14 day suspension. And when you're given the temporary suspension, they give a warning that your next punishment can, and likely will, be a permanent suspension. It doesn't matter what infraction you commit. Any legitimate violation of the ToS can trigger the permaban. It's a sad fact, but one that many players ignore all the warnings for.

So yeah, you snarked back. Nothing too bad. But if you'd already been on your last straw, then any action could drop the banhammer. And flaming teammates in return counts. even if you report each and every one of them after doing it.

This is the sad truth that riot won't accept, when will they finally realize that standing up to abusive fucks and trolls is not equally toxic as intentionally ruining the game for everyone. Sigh

Admittedly you type like a jackass but, that is COMPLETE HORSESHIT you said nothing that bad. Their escalating punishment is too objective to be worth anything and they need to reconsider their decision of making PERMANENT BANS an automated feature.

Escalate the time of a ban not drop a F*ck You on a Beta account (or at least give a 10 day ban or something(and pretend you want to reform players)) [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
