Honor level 4 and still didn't get any capsules.

I've reached honor level 4 a couple of days ago but till now I haven't recieved any capsules and a lot of people have recieved it when they reached honor level 3 but I haven't. It really pisses me off tho :D Any clue on why I haven't gotten one yet?

Capsules are random based like key fragments

Key frags aren't random., It follows a cycle and a formula based on how much you play.
