Why do I get a 14 day suspension for getting angry at Inters?

Had a 3v3 ranked game where i was placed with a duo. Even in the pregame i got flamed for 'banning out' one of these guys champions. But I had no idea that he wanted to play them as he didnt hover it? So he locks in Master Yi and proceeds to lane against a Quinn, which i know sucks.

At lvl 1 i got invaded by their team that had no smite and PINGED repeatedly for help while they just ignored me and spammed me that blitzcrank emote with the questionmark. Yi then started running it down into turrets and thats when i lost my mind. why do i take Ranked games so seriously when i can get paired with a duo who troll me and feed? I understand i got very angry and flamed them for feeding, but why is it a 14 day ban? I never tell people to kill them selves, act racist or say stuff like that to others? but when i call people out for refusing to look at their maps and work together to agitate me why do i get banned?
