and doing the same things. I know some other summoners who have witnessed his threats of violence involving: shooting schools/subways.
He just made one current lobby by the IGN of "11 21 2003". He said that he had no friends or family and was expecting sympathy and asking for friends and someone to talk to. When we asked him what his name meant he responded "Its my birthday", which revealed that he was 14. A 14 year old playing league without any family or friends is a bit suspicious. When the matter was further investigated Baby here revealed it was the same person on another account, as you can tell by the lobby name. This person is a troll, has sent death threats, threatened to shoot up a school/subway on multiple accounts and occasions. He needs to be stopped.

Additionally, he kicked every original person from the lobby including me when we got suspicious about what he was doing. Had to join from an alt, and he had used the same story on everyone who had joined. He was just trying to troll people over and over. Eventually when we were ranting about him he left the lobby, trying to slip away unnoticed.
