Huh? Have you not seen all the threads about bans n stuff? Riot is trying to do something about them.
I don't understand what you're trying to say.
many of them do it because of matchmaking. in a matchmaking system you will lose 50% of your games no matter how well you play. that means every time you win you have to lose. and every time you lose you will get a future win.
so trolling games is really just a fun way to get your losses out of the way. with every game you troll into a loss, you get a win in the future. these trolls are stocking up wins.
