Hextech Crafting Ineligibility

Alright I'm honestly fed up with this ineligibility for participating in hextech chests. I get it was temporarily banned for toxicity for 14 days last December and I fully deserved that, I'm not gonna deny it. But isn't 4 months of (to my knowledge) not getting reported enough of a time period to be "reformed"? I honestly don't understand what more I need to do to participate in crafting. I have refrained from flaming my team mates, I've complemented those who made good plays and not responded to someone else if they flamed me. Please if possible post my chat logs and if I was toxic during this time period then have at it and punish me if it's necessary, I'm prepared to take responsibility for my actions. I get it, Hextech Crafting isn't a gift, it's a privilege and I shouldn't be entitled to receive free skins, but when I actively have been trying to improve my behavior for a month and still can't participate with the rest of my friends its pretty damn irritating. Yes i was toxic, yes I fucked up, and if my chatlogs prior to my ban show that I haven't reformed than by all means disregard everything I just said about reforming. I just want some answers from someone here, since Riot support gave me absolutely no answer on the matter. Anyone here reformed since the release of the system, and if so how long did it take?

TL;DR 14-day ban in December, haven't played much since that. Since then I try to be either quiet and away from conflict or commend good behavior to my teammates and still am not considered "reformed" to use Hextech Crafting. Riot hasn't helped. Any suggestions?

iirc the system keeps you on a list or whatever unless you are actively friendly. just start saying "gg" or "nice job" or whatever every once in awhile.

you have to play games to actually work off the hextech suspension. 30-40~ games for a 10 game chat ban. for a 14day ban, it's probably in the 100+ game range.

There's really no telling.

For all you know you are getting reported, not enough to trigger your permaban, but enough to keep you ineligible.
