my acc is perma ban but why ?

good morning everyone it's with tears that I write this, i was playing league this morning then after a game I have been perma banned for no reason i never flamed and used scripts oe what ever i always enjoyed playing and doing it for fun, they said check your email for more information but i didn't got any.. please can someone help me :( I'm devastated
