Submit a support ticket, riot will be unlikely to tell you much.
View your games history, if there are /any/ you do not remember, ask if the games were played from a different IP.
If there arent any, ask if the games detected were played from a different IP.
If that doesnt lead to anything, youll likely need to look up the laws for your nation/area about what requests you can send in. I know in the UK there are requests you can send in that they MUST comply to legally and give the account owner all the information they have on them, including what they detected that led to the ban.
That would really only help you though if there was a mistake in what got detected (famous steam and gw2 incidents come to mind, especially gw2, which banned players when the detection program failed)
