Yet STILL no punishment given msg has shown up on my screen yet on my alts I get insta-ban or chat restricted just for less than those crap being said. What a pathetic joke. Let's keep track. He just got done with a game with Ashe 10 mins ago. Gonna keep his op.gg up and what a shocker if he isn't banned in a couple of days.
1 - You don't always receive the IFS message. You could report nine people in one game and even if they all received permanent bans, you still might not get the message. Don't rely on it.
2 - Different people can be on different levels of the punishment ladder. "Regular" negativity (such as the type this Kog'maw displayed assuming they were directing the curse words at you) has 4 different stages. He **could **receive a 10-game chat restriction, a 25-game chat restriction, a 14-day gameplay suspension, or a permanent ban if he received punishment at all, which again, you would never know considering that the IFS message is inconsistent.
Closing: Don't dwell on people you've reported. Mute, report, move on. It's the simplest and most effective way to deal with toxic players, they will be held accountable if they're found to break the rules.
