Experiencing this sort of situation a lot in low Silvers elo.

This seems to be where a lot of the new players get slotted. This is fine, it's okay and I can handle it. What I cannot handle is not knowing that I'm playing with a Lux support that has no runes for her champ. Or not knowing if someone is playing Jinx for the first time. Or a Shen support that doesn't know what a relic shield is or a sightstone either. As a player trying to do ranked you have expectations of the players around you, and it would help some if there was a display available (in-game) that would tell you if your support or ADC (or whatever) is new, so that you can guide them. It would be much better if I could warn the Lux not to run into Nautilus... if only I knew.

this is seriously the only reason i tried so hard in season 3 and 4 to become diamond (only got plat tho) because its so annoying to play with ppl who make like the same mistake 10 times ingame. you think after going 0/9 in top lane he would stop fighting against the enemy who is 9/0 and 3 levels above him. and no the enemy didnt destroy him. HE JUST WENT IN HE ENGAGED!!! and then blames his jungler. sure plat players arent god but at least they know their spells etc.

worst moment i ever had in bronze was a veigar in my team who ultet the enemy adc and after that ulted the enemy cassio (with almost 1k ap) and said "are you hacking lucian? my ult deals like 700 dmg more to cassio and she has an abyss. you dont have any magic resist" YOUR ULT DEALS 80% OF THE ENEMYS AP AS BONUS DMG READ YOUR SPELLS!!!
