Need an Actual Player support not some guy who copies and paste text

While I've been permabanned for "third party programs usage" even though I have not used any but yet when I tried to show riot support the gameplay from the games that I have played from mid November to the last game I played before I was banned and yet riot support broken blade didn't even try to look into the files he just copied and pasted text into the comment box and considered it done.I have overwolf and when I finish playing a game it shows me gameplay of when I kill someone and when I die and it saves onto my hard drive. This riot support named Broken Bladed didn't even once take a look at when I played from my own monitors pov which would have shown third party programs if I had used any. He just copied pasted robotic answers and considered it to be solved. I've included the files of the games and I need help from an actual riot support not some guy who looks at a response and copies and pastes a text and consider it to be solved. Please I've spent countless hours on this game and I need actual support please. Can any riot employee help me I've included my gameplay in that Dropbox.
