Need an Actual Player support not some guy who copies and paste text

While I've been permabanned for "third party programs usage" even though I have not used any but yet when I tried to show riot support the gameplay from the games that I have played from mid November to the last game I played before I was banned and yet riot support broken blade didn't even try to look into the files he just copied and pasted text into the comment box and considered it done.I have overwolf and when I finish playing a game it shows me gameplay of when I kill someone and when I die and it saves onto my hard drive. This riot support named Broken Bladed didn't even once take a look at when I played from my own monitors pov which would have shown third party programs if I had used any. He just copied pasted robotic answers and considered it to be solved. I've included the files of the games and I need help from an actual riot support not some guy who looks at a response and copies and pastes a text and consider it to be solved. Please I've spent countless hours on this game and I need actual support please. Can any riot employee help me I've included my gameplay in that Dropbox.

EDIT: also I just looked into your dropbox and you have overwolf. Just so you know, I looked into some of the apps and mods they have available to download for LOL and IMO some of them violate the TOS... pretty brazenly... particularly the programmable audio warnings with ganks, summoner timers, ward timers, etc... that basically auto keep track of your enemies timers which the normal UI does not.

This may be the reason why you got banned. Overwolf can be used for third party programs that modify the game in a way that violates the TOS but also used in ways that do not violate the TOS.

If you use Overwolf for the replays and custom skins, like everyone else who has seen these threads, use another program for it.

I had not used any of those the only one I installed was lolwiz and when I saw I will dominate use it I downloaded it because it was helpful I didn't need to exit the screen to see stats and ranks

Hm... if you didn't buy your account and you only used lolwiz...

Have you ever logged in on someone else's computer that also had overwolf?

EDIT: you should be fine with lolwiz as even a red confirmed it

No I play mainly on my laptop and I carry it around everywhere and when I do play league on another computer i just download league and play

I just need an riot player support to actually look at my gameplay instead of copying and pasting robotic answers I literally copy pasted every answer from riotplayer support into google and multiple posts show up with the riot support I had in my player support ticket

They do that because the programmers at Riot don't want the player support team giving out the method that was used to detect the third party program. If the player support team accidentally leaked the methods of detection, then it gives the cheaters a way to reprogram their hacks to avoid the current method of detection.

Honestly, you probably won't get any response other than the copy paste because it would hurt the detection method to give you more information but unfortunately gives players the raw end of the stick because they're not sure what exactly happened.

I believe Tantram has said somewhere on the boards that he watched replays that someone had requested he watch and didn't need a link so I think that means Riot keeps a copy of the replays for a certain amount of time and have probably don't need your copies of the replays.

As for the copy and paste answers, again, that's to keep the program hackers from learning more info on how the detection method works and you won't get a different answer if you ask them about which program or how they found it.

but from my replays you don't even have to look at gameplay my gameplay already shows that scripts were never used or else it would have shown

They just copy and paste and decided it as done and didn't look at my gameplay
