still not getting honor 3

since honor system came out...i haven't changed my honor level...my friends have honor 5..honor 3 and honor 4....i've been positive and a lot of times honored but i still don't see honor 3..i've played a lot of games and won.. still don't know the issue why im not getting honor 3.. please someone help :/

An account where I play only one game a day finally reached honor 3, yesterday. (hurray for testing)

If an account has less games than that, they won't hit honor 3 yet. If you're validly reported, your honor growth is slowed, even without a punishment.
