Why is it the passive aggressive assholes can get away with this stuff, but i get a ban for BEING AGGRESSIVE towards them.

Their mid came up, being up all nice, we doing the emotes (jokes/dances) and i get cheesed, oh, and this was a 5man team into a full random. After my first comment, their jg, replied reported. And proceded to camp me and bm the rest of the game. My team was getting trashed on, so im not bitching bout my jg or other lanes, we were getting crushed and they were just kda farming. constantly camping me, and yes i had wards. and constant bm'ing. But this gets me a 14 day ban. Sounds like riot is being taken over by a bunch of snowflakes.

I always find the "snowflake" insult entertaining. It is almost like a cry that "Riot isn't treating my offensiveness and harassment the way I exactly want it. Since I'm not getting the treatment that I want, the way I want it it MUST be everyone else being 'snowflakes'".

The use of hate speech is what caused the escalation to a 2-week ban (zero-tolerance policy for that), but even if we ignore the hate speech you still spend the entire game verbally abusing and harassing other players. Being frustrated is one thing, taking it out on others is another. Even if other people are behaving poorly that doesn't mean you can join in on it as well and get away with it. The "they started it" excuse didn't work in school and it doesn't work here. Everyone is responsible for their own behavior, and if you reported them and they have a history of poor behavior then they'll get punished just like you were here. In the future if someone is behaving poorly in chat then just mute, report and move on rather than retaliate back at them (and thus giving them the negative reaction they wanted out of you).
