Now full disclosure, this is my first day back from a 14 day ban which this post is not about at all. I got a Perma ban on my first day back from a 14 day ban and I think it was completely unwarranted. The match started out a little rough in the beginning and I was being flamed constantly and I kept trying to explain my actions and remain respectful and my team all threatens to report me at once and was telling the enemy team if they reported me, my team would in turn report someone on their team.

I just want someone to review this and possibly see if there is anything that can be done I think for 90% of the match I was extremely respectful even with constant verbal abuse. I really don't like how just because a group of friends decides they wanna report you that you actually will get banned. FIRST GAME and I don't think I said ANYTHING that warranted a PERMANENT BAN. The first 5 mins literally were when I threatened to feed but i never did I was jus hoping it would make them stop flaming me. Yes I died a lot but i also had kills and tons of assists.

This is the chat log from the 1 and only game that I received to review. I thought if I explained myself and why I was doing what I was doing it would be clear I was not intentionally dying and I was trying my hardest to win. I had a bad game and died a lot but i tried my hardest and tried to be positive with al; the flaming i endured. Is there anyone that can help me?

Six lines in and you are doing nothing but threatening your team. That and you just came back from a punishment, yep. Obviously you didn't learn anything from your other punishments.

To offer defense to the present information, it does become more tame during the rest of the 'log', so immediately going on the offense like that is a rather poor way to go about it if that's all you have to go off of. There are plenty of people that do something similar, the most common annoyance being those that like to spout "gg" or "surrender at 20" if the first blood happens to be a fault from an ally or themselves. But in a lot of cases, it usually simmers down a bit as well.

This is more so the case if it does end up being true that it was never acted upon.

If one of the first things you do after coming off a 14-day ban is threaten to intentionally feed and choosing to behave in an obnoxious fashion, you're going to have a bad time.

The 14-day Ban's reform card said it was your last chance, you chose to ignore the warning on the first day back. Thus why you were immediately elevated to a permanent ban.

Threatening to Intentionally Feed has never made a situation better. Not once. You can mute them and report them if they're flaming, but you can't salvage the complete lack of trust you'll have from threatening to int.

Thats not the issue. The issue is getting perm banned for THREATENING to feed one time in the very beginning of the game, NEVER ACTING ON IT, and still remaining respect through out the entire game ending in a perm ban. THATS the issue. Whether trust was/wasnt destroyed due to me saying I was gonna feed isn't the issue here.

AND TO BE CLEAR I NEVER FED AT ALL I tried my hardest to win.

It does seem odd for this chat and this chat alone to trigger a punishment. The overall chat has a passive aggressive feel to it, which can get you over multiple games but not usually a first time. I really think the problem is when you add the threat to intentionally feed to it.

You might be able to get Player Support to reevaluate it and overturn the ban. I'm pretty certain you'd be able to if the Intentional Feeding lines weren't there, but with them... you might have a 20% chance. Still, doesn't hurt to put in a Support Ticket, just be sure to be extra respectful, and don't defend your actions so much as admit where you were wrong.

Doesn't matter. You contributed to setting the poor mood for the match early on with that threat. Threatening to Intentionally throwing the game in any fashion is not allowed as it clearly falls under Negative Behavior as Griefing and Giving up, combined with the just general poor behavior.

By the time you showed any signs of calming down, it was too late, damage was already done. You should've just muted them if they were becoming a problem and then reported them afterwards if it reached that level of an issue, rather than responding with the threat to ruin the game for everyone in the match.

The 14-day punishment was your last warning as the next punishment tier after a 14-day ban is a permanent ban. The behavior which I pointed out is punishable. The fact that it occurred right on your first day back from the suspension, right at the beginning of your last chance to show you could reform and behave, was what led it to becoming a permanent ban.

I threatened to INT but i never did. How is that a warrant for a perm ban, how is saying something SLIGHTLY RUDE perm bannable. for being SLIGHTLY RUDE? Really?

After the first few lines I kept it respectful. I was respectful and I made sure I didn't say anything rude or offensive, I never bashed anyone, said anyone was playing poorly, NOTHING. All I did was ask them to be respectful and explain to them that I can play any champ and go any lane I choose. This is so unfair, my teammates even told me "You're getting reported by 9 ppl so ur gonna get banned regardless RIOT is not going to listen to you"

WHY does RIOT allow the system to be abused like this. I DID NOT DO ANYTHING TO WARRANT A PERMANENT BAN. They all said they were reporting me in champion selection. This is such an abuse of the system.

You also have to take into account that you did all this ONE GAME after coming off of a previous suspension, the first suspension obviously didn't teach you enough of a lesson

I was respectful the entire time!!!!!!!! after the first 3 mins I was respectful and spent the entire game explaining myself. But I see you have your mind made up thank you for your opinion anyway. I could understand if I was flaming and inting and being disrespectful but I WAS NOT!!!!!!! Where was I being disrespectful after the first few lines and even THOSE aren't PERMA BANN worthy. This is crazy

Telling someone to stop crying, IDC about their feelings and THREATENING to INT in the first 3 mins isn't perm ban worthy this is a case of the system being abused because the group all reported me cuz i went mid and their friend couldn't get his way. Why do I have to lose my account because a bunch of angry kids mad cuz I went mid wanna get me banned. Its in the chat log they said they were all gonna group up and get me banned cuz the system would do it automatically

I could have quit and aft'd out. I stayed through all the abuse, stayed respectful and we won the game eventually, how is this ok?

I could have muted them all but I did not want them to think I was trying to feed because I was getting stomped but I kept telling them I was trying to learn ori in norms. I thought if I had chat log records of my intentions and when they say my KDR they would see I wasn't intentionally dying. I just want someone to look into this and see if maybe I can be pardoned this one time. Im all for players that are toxic being punished and I did learn my lesson from my 14 day ban which is why I was being so respectful inspire of all the flames I got. I truly feel this is one time where the system got it wrong.

Did you know negative attitude is one of the report options? You threatened to int and that alone threatens team morale. It's similar to if someone says "gg" 5 minutes into a game. It gives me an idea that the this person is likely toxic and I'll have I work in carrying their attitude for the rest of the game.

SO if you say GG in a game, and ur team gets upset by it u feel a perm ban on your account would be justified? Is that what you are saying?

If I already had a 14 day ban for toxicity, I wouldn't be saying anything to my team unless it was beneficial. I'd even be cautious of saying gg 4 minutes in because it's reportable and I would want to do anything in my power to avoid a report. Threatening to int is on another level and warrants a report. In your case, you got reported and the next step was for your account to be permabanned. I've had teammates threaten to "afk" after we lose a baron/dragon fight, but they keep playing. Even though they didn't actually afk, players start to become worried about the mental state of the player and try to work towards preventing them tilt. If there's another toxic teammate that flames a tilted teammate, the game is probably over then. Long story short, why are you even threatening to int on your first day back from a ban when the next step is a permaban?

It's true. From what I'd been reading of past reports on the threads in regards to punishment after relief of suspension, got the jest that players in that circumstance are typically walking a thinner line, and can suffer a bit more sooner from reports that deem worthy of punishment in the end. I'd imagine this would permeate the existing problem for the player. The problem is that while the threats would result in an Unsportsmanlike Conduct report, not being in the game to read the fullest extent of the source sort of puts a legitimate opinion in a bind on the forums.

The best thing that could be done if you wish to appeal is to form a ticket and appeal to them through there. A common response I know, but with how late in the stage your issue is, that's about what it comes down to.

It's not that solely, but again, a large part of it more than likely relies on it being a repeatable offense (assuming there weren't other cases that lead to this point, but that'd be a waste of time to bring it up). Your slate isn't wiped clean after you come back from a suspension.

What purpose would it even serve us? Given what I'm seeing in this thread, people feel already obligated enough to antagonize the situation, and deliberately seeking out more fuel for the fire makes those people no better than the one they intend to criticize. The points of what has happened, why it has happened, and what he should be doing is already made on multiple occasions in this thread. Deliberately kicking the dead donkey makes you the ass, not the other way around.

Thats what I don't understand. It seems people are more concerned with getting their little forum jabs in to look cool for the boards or something rather than take what happened in and offer some real advice and opinions regarding the situation. I really truly didn't do anything to warrant this. So unfair.

Now you're just intentionally seeking out posts you can argue against, and in that sense, should also be clear that it's going nowhere with how people thinking with a grey opinion is trying to argue something that's very clearly black and white would somehow be effective.

No I just wanted you all to see the full conversation, I'm not hiding anything that happened I just wanted a clear picture for everyone and I feel the only way is to see the full conversation because I think people think I am lying and deleting parts of the log.

For the sake of appeal, it shouldn't be an issue to make a temporary account to make the appeal. I've had to do this with another game in the past, due to the unusual limitations a ban made for the account's user.

Just to brief, it was due to ip region lock. I wasn't being a dick.

They only sent me the chat logs with what I said. IDK how to show what they were saying and I can't log into the riot support to make a ticket it won't let me keeps saying I need to verify my email but it never sends me the link so I can't log into support or make a ticket I don't know what to do at this point but what I do know is I didn't do anything to warrant a perm ban. Is threatening to INT stupid? YES. Is it a reportable PERMA BANNABLE offense? NOT IF YOU DONT DO IT. And I never disrespected anyone, I never intentionally fed, I never called anyone out of their name or insulted their performance in game, how is this fair? THIS IS NOT FAIR. I should have a fair chance when I come off a 14 day ban. This was not a fair chance. Theis was an abuse of the system, I wish there was a way to see what they were saying so u all could see how they all formed the idea to group up their reports against me cuz THEY KNEW the system would ban me regardless. They said it would happen just like this.

But at the end of the day I know it doesn't matter what THEY SAID but what I SAID. Everything I said is posted in this thread I never deleted or changed anything at all. I copied it from my client and pasted it here. I'm just trying to clear my name so to speak this time because I truly didn't do anything to get perm banned for. I'm just upset and frustrated that it seems no one is really listening or cares and RIOT has this faulty system thats easily abused and causing unnecessary bans.

I'd recently seen someone on here complaining of getting punished soon after their previous punishment. Their chat was pretty similar to yours, in that it doesn't have a great deal of chat dedicated to harassment (you mentioned feeding, refer to others as children) and most of your chat is dedicated to arguing rather than focused on the game. I will say you do have a few lines dedicated to strategy, but again overwhelmingly you're arguing with your teammates. You should have muted them and kept playing, especially since you just got off a ban.

If you haven't already, I would submit a support ticket. I think it's unlikely they'll overturn this ban, but it's worth a try.

Geez, you should probably stop typing so much in chat. Especially if it's all negative thoughts against your team :/ On your next account use chat only to make rotations or to be positive. If you want to type something rude just say it out loud instead and you'll probably see how horrible it sounded aloud.

BTW once you get off a chat ban or 14 day ban or anything really you're on probation. if you keep acting the way you do Riot gave you enough chances to realize your behavior was an issue.

Eh, I may not see the whole chat log, but it does tell a story.

Basically, ban the loudest player. No punishment whatsoever for the people who are likely the root of the problem, the toxicity and cause of his own toxicity.

Great, he can mute people, this doesn't change the fact he was slapped in the face. He can report people, and again, this doesn't change the fact he was slapped in the face. And you know, the very low likelihood any action will be taken against them.

It certainly doesn't change the fact everyone's slapping everyone else's faces because Rito doesn't seem to have the slightest clue on what fair punishment is. Maybe take a hint from the police? They often look at the instigator.

Protip: The one with the most aggro isn't necessarily the instigator.

I stopped caring after I saw that you said you would intently feed a lane 3 kills, If you even serious about winning then why would you cause a loss this way? I feel like your childish behavior isn't needed in this community.
