Now full disclosure, this is my first day back from a 14 day ban which this post is not about at all. I got a Perma ban on my first day back from a 14 day ban and I think it was completely unwarranted. The match started out a little rough in the beginning and I was being flamed constantly and I kept trying to explain my actions and remain respectful and my team all threatens to report me at once and was telling the enemy team if they reported me, my team would in turn report someone on their team.

I just want someone to review this and possibly see if there is anything that can be done I think for 90% of the match I was extremely respectful even with constant verbal abuse. I really don't like how just because a group of friends decides they wanna report you that you actually will get banned. FIRST GAME and I don't think I said ANYTHING that warranted a PERMANENT BAN. The first 5 mins literally were when I threatened to feed but i never did I was jus hoping it would make them stop flaming me. Yes I died a lot but i also had kills and tons of assists.

This is the chat log from the 1 and only game that I received to review. I thought if I explained myself and why I was doing what I was doing it would be clear I was not intentionally dying and I was trying my hardest to win. I had a bad game and died a lot but i tried my hardest and tried to be positive with al; the flaming i endured. Is there anyone that can help me?

Six lines in and you are doing nothing but threatening your team. That and you just came back from a punishment, yep. Obviously you didn't learn anything from your other punishments.

If one of the first things you do after coming off a 14-day ban is threaten to intentionally feed and choosing to behave in an obnoxious fashion, you're going to have a bad time.

The 14-day Ban's reform card said it was your last chance, you chose to ignore the warning on the first day back. Thus why you were immediately elevated to a permanent ban.

I'd recently seen someone on here complaining of getting punished soon after their previous punishment. Their chat was pretty similar to yours, in that it doesn't have a great deal of chat dedicated to harassment (you mentioned feeding, refer to others as children) and most of your chat is dedicated to arguing rather than focused on the game. I will say you do have a few lines dedicated to strategy, but again overwhelmingly you're arguing with your teammates. You should have muted them and kept playing, especially since you just got off a ban.

If you haven't already, I would submit a support ticket. I think it's unlikely they'll overturn this ban, but it's worth a try.

Geez, you should probably stop typing so much in chat. Especially if it's all negative thoughts against your team :/ On your next account use chat only to make rotations or to be positive. If you want to type something rude just say it out loud instead and you'll probably see how horrible it sounded aloud.

BTW once you get off a chat ban or 14 day ban or anything really you're on probation. if you keep acting the way you do Riot gave you enough chances to realize your behavior was an issue.

Eh, I may not see the whole chat log, but it does tell a story.

Basically, ban the loudest player. No punishment whatsoever for the people who are likely the root of the problem, the toxicity and cause of his own toxicity.

Great, he can mute people, this doesn't change the fact he was slapped in the face. He can report people, and again, this doesn't change the fact he was slapped in the face. And you know, the very low likelihood any action will be taken against them.

It certainly doesn't change the fact everyone's slapping everyone else's faces because Rito doesn't seem to have the slightest clue on what fair punishment is. Maybe take a hint from the police? They often look at the instigator.

Protip: The one with the most aggro isn't necessarily the instigator.

But at the end of the day I know it doesn't matter what THEY SAID but what I SAID. Everything I said is posted in this thread I never deleted or changed anything at all. I copied it from my client and pasted it here. I'm just trying to clear my name so to speak this time because I truly didn't do anything to get perm banned for. I'm just upset and frustrated that it seems no one is really listening or cares and RIOT has this faulty system thats easily abused and causing unnecessary bans.
