No, it's just kinda annoying for enemy top lane xD. Also you lose out on your jungler but lets be real unless your duoing then your jungler isnt going to gank top anyway XD

BEHOLD! THE DOUBLE NAMEK! Nah. Breaks the meta and you lose a jungle but otherwise, it's all good. My friend and his GF do that all the time.

Nope. I have been in a game with a duo JG before. It was hilarious. And VERY competitive if the bot ADC can just maintain (lose slowly).
The opposing JG was sad, PO'd and completely denied farm.
