**Hello My Name Is Peter and I understand how busy you riot staff are but you guys really need to do something about the people who are toxic and who cause too many problems I have heard people say that reporting someone is useless and I need you guys to like monitor games or do something to get rid of these people that don't do anything or troll

They do frequently do stuff about toxic players and trolls. Reporting is FAR from useless, as these forums indicate.

Riot HAS a system that monitors games.

It's called the report system.

If you peruse the player behavior boards, you'll find plenty of players are punished.
