Permanently Suspended for 3rd party programs or modifications I never used

Today I logged into league of legends and found out that I am permanently banned for 3rd party programs/modifications.

I have submitted a ticket: REQUEST #21459115

I've been grinding really hard to get from silver 5 to gold 1 this season and I find out that I am banned randomly. I have spend a lot of time and effort into league and I have NEVER downloaded any scripting software or any cheating tool that would put me at an advantage over other players.

Did anyone else randomly get banned for 3rd party programs/mods?

Did someone else use your account? Did you play from a lot of different PCs in a short period of time? Did you use a VPN or Proxy service?

there is no such thing as a random ban. you earned that ban somehow through account sharing or perhaps through a mod that changed the client.

Note that they don't ever ban people randomly. Especially with 3rd party programs ban they are done in waves and usually from a lengthy time. They want to make sure the people they are banning actuall cheated in some way because of how serious it is.

But like others have said they also lump the 3rd party program band with people who basically share their account with someone. It doesn't matter the reason for it. It is against the rules. If by chance you think it was an error by all means contact support as they can help. They will either see that it is an error and unban your account (it does happen) or they will try and give you as much detail as they can to explain why you were ban! They can't give you every little detail or obvious reasons, but they will help as best as they can!

I got my perma ban after a game suddenly as well for the same reason you mentioned. I suspected two things for my ban:

90% of my games have been Braum after I picked it up in my recent trip to Korea. My KDA for Braum got enormously high for the past month, possibly raising suspicions. Most of my games have been 4-5 man ques also, which gives better strategy and communications that have led to a better KDA and win rate as well.
I do use Razer Cortex to shut off other programs but I'm not sure if Riot considers that as a 3rd party program.

So I tried to dispute my case to riot, they sent the same automated message like you received. I tried appealing again and came this very rude response on how there is "no error" in their investigation.

"Hey again,

I am a player behavior specialist mentioned by XXX. This isn't about playing well. We only take this sort of action when we have conclusive evidence and based on my personal review coupled with the review of our team here, there is no error. If there are no other questions or concerns, I'll have to consider this matter resolved. If you'd like to discuss anything else let me know, otherwise the ticket will be closed."

Unfortunately, I don't think you will get your account back as well.
